Job Overview: Fractal is seeking a highly skilled Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in co-creating and innovating our client’s product vision and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AVEVA software solutions, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and data science projects.
Lead the development and implementation of a real-time process control system for specified processes across Manufacturing.
Drive the integration of Industry 4.0 IOT systems with existing systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Hands on IOT data, make sense of the data, conceptualize insights, drive analytics solutions with clients
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to client’s data scientists on related use cases.
Facilitate the translation of complex data science concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system integration and data management.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technology
Minimum of 5 years of experience with 2+ years of experience with AVEVA software, MES, and data science projects.
Strong understanding of IT-OT convergence and experience with industrial automation systems.
Demonstrated experience in managing the development of real-time process control systems.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and complex projects.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with Electric products and services is a plus
