Requirements
  • BS and 20+ years executive search experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively engaging and hiring executive-level talent
  • Prior experience working in the semiconductor space required
  • Proficient in staffing tools and systems (i.e. LinkedIn, Greenhouse, etc.) required
  • Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent people skills to sell the company/ job and attract talent
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow compliance laws and regulations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Business Leaders, HRBPs, and head of TA lead to understand talent gaps relative to current and future talent needs for executive-level roles and build inclusive, internal, and external recruitment strategies to deliver top executive talent.
  • Provide consultative support on all aspects of executive-level recruitment to senior business leaders cross-functionally for SSI, including partnering with hiring managers to develop a customized search strategy and process for business-critical positions.
  • Partner with the Head of People and HRBP organization to understand succession gaps and identify internal and external candidates for current and future executive level opportunities.
  • Partner with the Total Rewards team to understand and consult on executive-level compensation and benefit trends to ensure successful attraction of top-talent.
  • Partner with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leader to embed and sustain inclusivity in all aspects of the executive search strategy.
  • Build and cultivate a robust, multi-dimensional, multi-level, diverse, pipeline of top-tier candidates and prospects at all stages of readiness, experience, and capability.
  • Establish, foster, and proactively grow relationships with prospects and candidates through intentional and strategic touchpoints, including coffee chats and lunch and dinner meetings.
  • Create, plan, and deliver unique candidate engagement opportunities, including executive meeting opportunities, networking, and small forums.
  • Leverage data, trends, surveys and business feedback.
  • Participate in all aspects of executive-level recruitment including networking, assessment and offer negotiation.
  • Prepare and communicate executive reports relating to executive hiring for the regional and global leadership.
  • Position Samsung as a global leader for high performing talent within the Semiconductor space and beyond.
  • Proactively expand our talent network and industry partner portfolio.
