Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working within the healthcare-built environment for at least 7 years
  • Experience with management consulting strongly preferred
  • Experience with organizing and conducting clinical end-user meetings
  • Knowledge of FGI Guidelines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability in PowerPoint, Visio, Excel
  • Experience in visualization of data using Tableau, PowerBi, or similar tools
  • Production of thought leadership papers, presentations, blogs, case studies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical consulting services for healthcare facilities
  • Develop relationships with clients and internal partners
  • Participate in new business development and proposal development
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to clients and design teams
  • Lead visioning sessions and research activities
  • Communicate healthcare expertise and planning concepts
  • Lead healthcare planning and programming process
  • Manage deliverables for the healthcare planning team
  • Produce project documentation and deliverables
  • Create and manage work plans
  • Lead components of a work plan to meet client expectations
  • Manage consulting teams and project performance
  • Promote thought leadership and identify new tools and processes
  • Mentor staff for specialized knowledge execution
  • Achieve sales and utilization targets
  • Extensive travel required
