Requirements
  • Four years of Change Management (CM) experience
  • Four years of DoD experience
  • Active high level DOD security clearance
Responsibilities
  • Recommend, manage, execute, and communicate tactical and strategic change management methods and tools
  • Create tools and mechanisms for collecting, responding to and storing questions and concerns submitted by the workforce to inform change management strategies;
  • Maintain (new and existing) change management strategies, processes, and procedures to house and share policies, standards, administrative, and mission procedures, and historical records
  • Recommend strategic, operational, and business improvement plans to support change initiatives
  • Ghost write, offer technical input and provide editorial review to DCSA, PS and BI publications to communicate and highlight organizational, mission, and workforce current events
  • Provide telecommunications logistical support for virtual engagements
  • Collect, draft, research, and coordinate with internal and external leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), customers and stakeholders to create, staff, update, and finalize agendas, talking points, and communications for PS and BI Town Halls, conferences, diversity events, off-sites, training sessions, and internal and external meetings and engagements to effect change management plans
  • Collaborate across DCSA with leadership, SME’s, and mission and enabling offices on change initiatives, relative to PS and BI, to facilitate development and execution of workforce communications, processes, and training
