Requirements
  • Experienced in managing commerce media campaigns at Associate Director or Account Director level.
  • Deep understanding of the commerce landscape
  • Expertise from demonstrable experience in digital retailing within a retailer, brand, or agency environment.
  • Experience beyond campaign management, including business planning, product portfolio management, and data insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary face of Publicis Commerce for select clients, leading discussions with passion and enthusiasm.
  • Develop and implement retail strategies to drive client growth.
  • Optimise digital shelf eContent, upskill client stakeholders on key commerce topics, and devise innovative retailer collaboration strategies.
  • Identify business challenges and customer pain points, develop frameworks, and integrate commerce data for strategic decision-making.
  • Advise clients on digital shelf eContent, analytics, retail media, and business capabilities.
  • Support internal upskilling on key topics and emerging trends.
  • Identify gaps in our proposition and work with relevant leads to develop new solutions and commercial models.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative team culture that encourages continuous learning and improvement.
