Job Description:

Position Summary:

This role is responsible to record,maintain, checks and balances timecards and processes salary changes through payroll for accurate calculation of employee's pay. Compiles and calculates pay including deductions, taxes, incentive earnings, overtime, sick pay and holiday pay. Compiles and calculates special reports involving complex calculations such as employee benefits. Prepares input for automated payroll system or manual records.

Process Garnishments
Distribute reports
Reconcile GL Accounts
Spearhead improvement initiatives
Process AP pay cycle
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Here’s what you’ll need:

HS Graduate orEquivalent(GED)
Associate's Degree (Preferred) Accounting, Business, Finance
Ability to work collaboratively
Detail oriented
PeopleSoft Financials Knowledge
Strong skills in excel spreadsheet and charting
Leadership and accountable for direct supervision of the work activities of others
Ability to collect data, analyze trends (and make decisions)
