Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field required
  • 8+ Years of Related Experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Human Resources or a related field
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint; extensive experience with using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Basecamp, Wrike or others
  • Designs, implements, and manages enterprise-wide talent programs and development frameworks
  • Establishes and governs end-to-end program standards, processes, and continuous improvement cycles
Responsibilities
  • Serve as an enterprise owner for assigned Talent Management programs, including skill-based career pathing, job matching, curated learning, mentoring initiatives and rotation programs.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve TM programs aligned to enterprise talent mobility priorities and workforce needs.
  • Independently translate talent strategy into scalable program structures, frameworks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Establish program standards, operating models, and success measures to ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Internal Talent Marketplace: Implement and manage a talent marketplace to match employees with projects, gigs, and internal mobility opportunities based on their skill sets.
  • Skills Inventory & Taxonomy: Develop and maintain a company-wide skills framework (taxonomy) that defines critical capabilities needed for current and future success.
  • Reskilling & Upskilling: Design targeted learning pathways to rapidly close gaps, focusing on transferable skills and foundational human capabilities like learnability.
  • Dynamic Workforce Planning: Use AI-driven data to identify skill gaps and forecast talent needs, shifting from headcount-based planning to skills-supply planning.
  • Design and manage enterprise rotation and development programs, including participant selection, role matching, program timelines, and completion criteria.
  • Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and managers to ensure rotations provide meaningful, development-focused experiences.
  • Monitor participant progress, identify risks, and determine corrective actions to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Evaluate program outcomes and recommend improvements based on data, feedback, and business impact.
  • Design and manage enterprise mentoring programs, including program structure, matching methodology, onboarding, and participant guidance.
  • Establish clear expectations, resources, and success metrics for mentors and mentees.
  • Monitor engagement, effectiveness, and outcomes, and adjusting to improve program quality and participation.
  • Partner with leaders to promote mentoring as a critical development and inclusion lever.
  • Leverage Oracle talent modules (e.g., performance, talent review, succession, learning) to support TM program delivery and reporting.
  • Partner with LMS and HRIS stakeholders to ensure system configurations support program requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across TM systems and reports.
  • Identify system gaps or enhancements needed to improve participant experience and program outcomes.
  • Operate TM programs within established governance frameworks and enterprise standards.
  • Identify program risks, capacity constraints, or compliance concerns and independently determine mitigation actions.
  • Maintain documentation, guidelines, and program artifacts to ensure audit readiness and sustainability.
  • Ensure equitable, inclusive access to TM programs and development opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to HR Business Partners, managers, and leaders on TM programs.
  • Influence adoption and effective use of programs through guidance, education, and ongoing partnership.
  • Facilitate program-related discussions, orientations, and leader enablement sessions.
  • Act as a trusted partner in talent development decision-making.
  • Analyze program participation, outcomes, and effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to inform leadership decisions.
  • Use data and feedback to continuously refine programs and demonstrate business impact.
  • Share insights and recommendations with Talent Management leadership
Desired Qualifications

DENSO to showcase keyless access solutions for fleet operators at NAFA 2026

DENSO will exhibit its keyless access solutions at the NAFA 2026 Institute & Expo from 13-15 April at Cleveland's Huntington Convention Center. The mobility supplier will demonstrate its MobiQ smart mobility brand technology in booth #271. The keyless access system is designed for government and large enterprise fleet operators seeking to improve asset utilisation and operational efficiency. The solution is compatible with BLE, NFC and RFID-badge operating systems and integrates into connected mobility platforms to provide enhanced telematics data. DENSO says the technology addresses common fleet challenges including lost keys, vehicle assignment, compliance and scheduling. The company, which employs over 23,000 people across North America, generated $12.5 billion in consolidated regional sales in the fiscal year ending March 2025.

Denso acquires FoodVentures to expand global agricultural one-stop solution

DENSO Corporation has acquired a partial equity stake in FoodVentures, making the Dutch company a consolidated subsidiary. The partnership aims to globally deploy an integrated agricultural production solution for greenhouse horticulture. FoodVentures brings over 10 years of expertise providing end-to-end support for greenhouse operations, from business planning to cultivation and sales. Founded in 2022, Nextcore manufactures iron-based amorphous alloy motor cores that reduce power consumption by up to 40% compared with conventional motors.
