Requirements
  • Extensive experience (5-10 years) with Dynamics 365 CRM system usage, architecture, implementation, and optimizations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
  • Experience with extending Dynamics 365 CRM with Power Platform.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing CRM projects for B2B SaaS environments.
  • Experience architecting CRM solutions using industry practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of our current Dynamics CRM 365 system, including features, customizations, workflows, security/RBAC, integrations, records and storage growth, data quality and consistency, best practices, and antipatterns.
  • Identify areas of technical debt, inefficiencies, and antipatterns.
  • Evaluate information architecture and data structures to ensure they model our business correctly.
  • List out external system dependencies and integration points.
  • Interview key process owners and stakeholders to understand their specific needs and challenges.
  • Gather insights from the CRM administration team regarding system maintenance and issues.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand strategic goals and future requirements.
  • Analyze findings from the system audit and stakeholder interviews.
  • Recommend strategies for addressing technical debt and improving system efficiency.
  • Propose a detailed plan for what our CRM system should look like to support current and future business growth.
  • Advise on industry best practices and appropriate design principles and patterns.
