Requirements
  • PhD or PsyD in psychology/school psychology/neuropsychology or related field
  • Licensed or Eligible for Licensure in West Virginia and through PsyPact
  • PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology from an APA/CPA-accredited graduate program with an APA/CPA-approved internship and post-doctoral training in neurodevelopmental disabilities
  • Immediately eligible for licensure in West Virginia
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments
  • Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent work ethic and highest professional and ethical standards
  • Familiarity with a broad range of assessment tools
  • Willingness to work on multidisciplinary teams
  • Travel may be required as services expand to additional sites in West Virginia
  • Ability to contribute to teaching, supervision, and research responsibilities
  • Demonstrated awareness of evidence-based strategies for the evaluation and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders
  • Ability to function in an interdisciplinary team to evaluate and treat patients ages 0-15
Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychoeducational and other assessments as part of a highly collaborative interdisciplinary clinical team
  • Author comprehensive reports
  • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to communicate evaluation findings to guide treatment
  • Involvement with the APA-accredited clinical psychology internship and Neurodevelopmental/Pediatric Neuropsychology fellowship
  • Provide clinical services in Neurodevelopmental Center settings as needed
  • Teach medical students and residents, and psychology graduate students and fellows
  • Travel to additional sites in West Virginia as required by operational needs
