Responsibilities
  • Accountability for our global demand and supply planning and forecasting processes. Shaping these effectively to support our ambitious growth plans and improve our performance
  • Ensuring that business planning and forecasting data is supplied for an efficient planning and utilisation vision
  • Leadership and development of our RF Power Supply Chain Planning, warehouse and Logistics teams
  • Integrated business planning across all RF Power, ensuring commonality of plans, messaging and information flows
  • Optimisation across our end-to-end supply chain to maximise performance in inventory management, lead time and OTD
  • Capacity planning activities across the business in close collaboration with business streams and functions
  • Timely provision of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and business analysis
  • Implementation lead of all key Supply Chain infrastructure projects
  • Optimization of inbound material scheduling to ensure it is in line with business requirements and inventory target.
