Brand Ambassadors – Canada Men’s Soccer Game Activation

📅 Date & Time: October 10th, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 10:30 pm

📍 Location: Stade Saputo, Montreal

We are hiring a dynamic team of Brand Ambassadors (BAs) to activate the Canada Men’s Soccer Game in Montreal on October 10th. This is a high-profile event with multiple exciting brand activations for Volkswagen.

Roles & Teams

BA Team 1 – Activation (1 TL + 5 BAs)

• Energetic, athletic, and highly engaging ambassadors.

• Support interactive activities: Elite Skills Arena, Fastest Kick challenge, and swag table.

• Ideal for outgoing individuals who thrive in high-energy environments.

BA Team 2 – ID Buzz (2 BAs)

• Manage the Volkswagen ID Buzz activation.

• Distribute swag bags to VW owners.

• Must have excellent communication skills and strong brand presence.

BA Team 3 – Volksclub (3 BAs)

• Act as friendly and professional hosts for the Volksclub lounge.

• Welcome and engage with guests in a polished, approachable manner.

• Previous experience in hosting or hospitality is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Distribute swag bags and assist with activations.

• Support photo opportunities and ensure a premium guest experience.

• Represent Volkswagen in a polished, professional manner.

• Follow direction from the Team Lead and event manager.

IDEAL CANDIDATES

• Confident and outgoing, yet polished and professional
• Strong communication skills–comfortable learning and speaking about product features
• Athletic/energetic for activation team roles.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in Canada
• Friendly and welcoming for hosting roles
• Available for mandatory training session on October 7th, at 3 pm
