Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Experience with FEA and tolerance analysis
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials selection
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Utilize deep knowledge of engineering fundamentals for root cause analysis
- Design products with a focus on ease of assembly and maintenance
- Engage with scientific journals, papers, and literature to integrate the latest engineering and physics principles
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure components and subsystems are used effectively
- Conduct make vs. buy analyses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement
- Develop inspection plans, support quality assurance activities
- Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs)
