Responsibilities
  • Hires, leads, develops, motivates, coaches, and monitors the performance of all sales team members
  • Ensures accurate inventory levels through Ordering/acquiring new and used vehicles
  • Ensures all displays, merchandise, and promotes new and used vehicles are maintained to company and manufacture expectation
  • Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle, including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information
  • Serves as liaison between the sales department and other departments
  • Develop and monitor guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner
  • Maintains a professional appearance
  • Other duties as assigned by Management
