Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Experience in the title insurance and real estate industries
  • Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
  • Technical background

Responsibilities
  • Work with sales leadership to identify high-value opportunities for Sales Engineer support
  • Collaborate with sales team(s) and clients on deal progression, expectations, trial accounts, statement of works, and post-sale transition
  • Collaborate with Product Management/Marketing to collect competitor information, conduct industry analysis and identify market trends
  • Provide ongoing solution consulting support including training and nurturing of key strategic accounts
  • Prepare and give presentations to explain and demonstrate products and/or services
  • Build clear implementation plans in collaboration with customers, account executives/sales, and operations
  • Develop content-focused learning to broaden knowledge within internal teams
  • Prepare materials and conduct various forums to improve client engagements that develop into successful solutions
  • May assist with requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs)
