What believers are saying

  • The $24M and $11M raised in recent funding rounds indicate strong investor confidence and provide substantial capital for growth and development.
  • Blackbird's focus on bringing repeat business to restaurants could significantly enhance customer retention and revenue for its clients.

What critics are saying

  • The adoption of Web3 technology in the hospitality sector is still nascent, which could lead to slower user adoption and potential technical challenges.
  • The competitive landscape for restaurant loyalty platforms is crowded, requiring Blackbird to continuously innovate to maintain its edge.

What makes Blackbird Labs unique

  • Blackbird leverages the expertise of Resy and Eater co-founder Ben Leventhal, providing a unique blend of industry knowledge and innovative technology.
  • The platform's integration of Web3 technology sets it apart from traditional restaurant loyalty programs, offering decentralized and potentially more secure solutions.
