Role: Product Manager, Data Management team

THE OPPORTUNITY
MiQ is looking for a Product Manager to focus on enhancing our data management offering by delivering an industry leading data onboarding product, across our global markets.
The Data Management team is responsible for empowering and enabling MiQ teams to build intelligent data-driven programmatic media solutions at scale with the right mix of Data & AI platforms. This is the backbone of all sophisticated media analytics that we offer our clients through the life cycle of an ad campaign and very proudly position at the front and the centre of how we differentiate ourselves from our competitors.
Our data onboarding product, which sits within this team, allows users to easily upload and manage 1st party data files with MIQ, to power more intelligent campaign set up recommendations. This includes easy CRM onboarding and management as well as sales funnel based pixel audiences, allowing users to leverage 1st party data in a secure- privacy first environment with sophisticated privacy-centric analytics.
You will work closely with MiQ’s Product Lead for data management, our platform product teams, engineering, design/UX, and data science teams to develop a best-in-class capability to help brands plan and easily execute their campaign outcomes, powered by their 1st party data.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Product Manager is tasked with building and expanding on our existing 1st party and multi-identity onboarding capabilities, identifying gaps and opportunities in our offering, working with MiQ’s technology and platform product teams to execute a development roadmap against our core product vision and working to scale features across our regional markets.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of client needs by meeting with customers and internal stakeholders, as well as global MiQ team heads to ensure global validity of roadmap additions
- Coordinate resources across a range of departments of the business in order to develop great products, in particular working closely with product stakeholders across the product and tech team
- Plan, prioritise & project manage product development features to accelerate MiQ’s onboarding capabilities
- Work closely with the global product marketing team to align product enhancements internally with sales and marketing collateral externally.
- Integrate usability studies, research and market studying into product requirements
- Lead the ideation, technical development, launch and continued adoption of features you build
- Drive product development by partnering with a team of platform product managers, engineers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers
- Create RFPs, scope and engage new partners in order to find the right 3rd parties to enhance value to our solutions.
- Identify and work closely with key external partners to ensure that MIQ product roadmap is additive
- Understand, collect and analyse metrics that inform the success of the product
- Drive adoption and measure success of new onboarding features.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of advertising technology experience preferably an Agency, brand, or buy-side experience within a product management role
- In depth knowledge of the programmatic landscape, the data and technology that underpins it.
- Experience working with global commercial markets
- A fail fast and learn mentality in experimenting with new concepts and industry opportunities.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritise projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion
