Responsibilities
Schedule and execute daily sports push notification campaigns through our Grandstand tool
Brainstorm, brief in and implement non-Bonus EDS campaigns through our Optimove tool
Skilled in identifying the most popular and engaging betting opportunities and ensuring they are positioned prominently within campaign messaging.
Understand the business levels associated with products within our Sportsbook offering and understand at what times of the day these business levels become most prominent.
Combine the use of a real-time campaign performance dashboard you will be assessing the real-time performance of your individual campaigns
Provide other CRM teams (Lifecyle, Sports, Casino) with real-time support
Provide another BetMGM departments with real-time support
Submit campaign briefs in Workfront
Build segmentation groups via our Optimove tool
Schedule awareness push notification campaigns out of our Indigo tool
Nurture good communication and relations with the trading team
Utilize the trading dashboard to gauge market liabilities
Essential Functions
Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
Qualifications
This is an entry level role; experience in the use of marketing solutions would be preferable, but more important is a marketing mind-set with the most important aspect the ability to think “customer first”
Excessive sports betting knowledge will allow for you to excel in this role
Ability to learn quickly, take on new instructions and guidelines
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) with an inquisitive mindset
Possessing excellent organizational and time management skills, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
The role will demand flexibility in your approach to working hours with evening and weekend work required
The hourly pay range for this position is $24 to $28. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.
Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements
As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations.Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies.Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment.Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.
In addition, candidates must comply with and support the company’s responsible gambling policies, procedures and initiatives.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
