Requirements
  • Possession of High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Experience in customer service is strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline/ service level sensitivity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Has access to a dedicated remote workspace without interruptions

Responsibilities
  • Call providers before a booking to confirm preparedness & recording said information in an organized manner
  • Call customers after a booking to collect information & recording said information in an organized manner
  • Review booking details in our internal system(s) (i.e. Dash), and making decision on appropriate next step to take with booking(s)
  • Access partner order management portals, collect booking detail information, manually create orders in internal systems (dash)
