Requirements
  • Expertise in designing and administering surveys and analyzing survey data
  • Knowledge of survey research and questions validation
  • Ability to synthesize complex research findings and communicate practical implications to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and SQL
  • Demonstrated ability in bringing clarity to analytical projects
  • Demonstrated ability in applied research

  • PhD in a field that uses data to understand and model human social behavior and social interactions (e.g., Social Psychology, Economics, Public Health, Political Science, Education, Behavioral Economics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology) or equivalent years of experience
  • 1+ years of hands on research experience in industry academia beyond internships / post doctoral positions
  • Proficiency with analytical packages (such as R), data analysis, and visualization
Responsibilities
  • Provide insights through research and employee experience data
  • Collaborate with the HR Technology and IT Teams to build robust solutions and analyses to help drive our business forward
  • Research, write, and work to enhance the experience of our team members
  • Work with our Data Scientists and BI Engineers to turn insights into actionable tools and dashboards
  • Introduce major innovations that can result in people product features
  • Collaborate and work with the People Analytics and People Engineering teams and others to make important people product decisions
