Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process, or quality engineering is required.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement is required.
  • Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.
  • Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments and quality systems is required.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in restricted environments due to ITAR regulations.
  • No sponsorship is available for this position.
Responsibilities
  • Improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, throughput, and quality.
  • Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen, 5S, and waste reduction.
  • Support daily operations through technical problem-solving and process improvements.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured methodologies.
  • Strengthen quality systems and compliance, including ISO 9001 and AS9100.
  • Support new product introductions, process validation, and standardization of best practices across sites.
Desired Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
  • Multi-site experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of APQP/PPAP is preferred.
  • Exposure to aerospace or industrial manufacturing is preferred.
