Requirements

General Carpentry knowledge
Ability to safely climb ladders to reach roofs, and attic spaces as needed
Ability to safely walk at higher elevations and slopes as needed
Valid driver's license
Pass a background check
Industry experience required

Responsibilities

Inspect problem gutters, siding, fascia, soffits, etc. to determine the best repair procedures
Estimate materials and labor required to complete exterior jobs as scoped
Cement or nail flashing strips of metal or shingle over joints to make them watertight
Be able to start and complete projects with autonomy
Prepare and collect invoices
Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., gutters, gutter guards, damaged siding, etc.
Follow all safety procedures

Multi-Trade Technicians complete a variety of jobs such as siding and gutter repair, and occasional roof repairs, and provide exceptional service for Bone Dry customers.
