Essential Functions:

• Resolve customer invoice issues with the help and support of our sales and customer service team members.
• Apply customer payments.
• Contact customers regarding past due balance.
• Perform month-end close schedules such as balance sheet reconciliation and accrual posting.
• Compile data for mid-month and month-end reports for management.
• Reconcile bank daily.
• Calculate commission for the sales team.
• Process payroll bi-weekly.
• Prepare and file sales tax.

Experience, Education and Skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Business; Major or emphasis in Accounting is preferred.  
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices is required.
• 1 year of accounting experience OR accounting internship is preferred.
• Experience utilizing Prophet 21 /P21 ERP is preferred.
• Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas, vlookup, etc. is required.
