Requirements
  • Minimum of five years in a services sales role within a SaaS environment, with demonstrated success in Payable Automation, Procurement, Marketplaces, or related domains.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive organizational change.
  • French speaking.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute strategies that align with company goals.
  • Prior knowledge of Tradeshift and similar platforms or Babelway and similar platforms is definitely a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CPQ.
  • Proficient in Klient PSA.

Responsibilities
  • Services Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive consulting services sales, aligning with Tradeshift's business objectives.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction by understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • SOW Development: Lead the preparation of comprehensive and accurate SOW documents for various projects, ensuring clarity in scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and lead initiatives to streamline implementation processes, aiming to reduce timelines and costs without compromising quality.
  • Partner Ecosystem Expansion: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and expand a partner ecosystem, transitioning from a direct-only service delivery model to include strategic partnerships.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue growth, customer satisfaction scores, implementation timelines, and team chargeability percentages.
