Requirements
  • 8–12+ years of experience in partnership content, media, agency or integrated marketing, with clear progression into leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through content, not just producing it
  • Deep experience working on pre-sale/RFP strategy and winning competitive deals
  • Strong editorial and creative instincts across written, video and social formats
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
  • Comfortable leading in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and making high-stakes decisions
  • Exceptional cross-functional operator who can influence without direct authority
  • Confident, polished and credible in client-facing environments, including senior stakeholders
  • Highly structured thinker who can build systems that scale, not just one-off solutions
  • Experience in travel, finance or performance-driven media is a plus—but not required
Responsibilities
  • Own the Partnerships Content Strategy (Pre-Sale + Post-Sale) Lead the development of best-in-class partnership content concepts for RFPs and proactive pitches that materially improve win rates
  • Build a clear, differentiated POV on partnership content at TPG—what we do better than anyone else, and how we scale it
  • Design modular, repeatable content frameworks and packages that unlock efficiency and revenue growth
  • Partner with Sales leadership to shape category strategy, pricing logic and packaging
  • Drive Revenue Through Content Be directly accountable for how content contributes to Deal conversion Campaign performance Partner retention and upsell Ensure every program is designed with a clear performance hypothesis and success metrics
  • Identify and unlock new monetization opportunities across formats (editorial, video, social, email, tentpoles)
  • Lead End-to-End Execution at a High Bar Oversee the execution of integrated partnership content programs across Written (features, guides, integrations) Social (platform-native, short-form, creator-led) Video (YouTube, premium, long-form)
  • Set and enforce a premium creative standard—what “great” looks like at TPG
  • Ensure all work is Audience-first On-brand Platform-native Commercially effective
  • Build scalable workflows that enable high output without sacrificing quality
  • Be a Cross-Functional Leader Act as the primary connector between Sales and Content, ensuring alignment without compromising editorial integrity
  • Partner closely with Editorial & Email leadership (voice, standards, integration points) Video & Social (formats, talent, distribution) Analytics (measurement, optimization) Marketing (amplification, audience growth)
  • Navigate tradeoffs and make decisions that balance revenue, audience trust and operational feasibility
  • Guide the Client Experience at the Highest Level Serve as a trusted partner to key clients, especially on high-value deals Lead concept presentations and guide clients through creative decisions with authority Elevate TPG’s reputation as a premium branded content partner, not just a media vendor
  • Build Systems, Not Just Campaigns Create the infrastructure needed to scale Playbooks Templates Creative frameworks Production workflows Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve for speed, efficiency and quality Establish a test-and-learn culture across formats and platforms
  • Lead and Develop Talent Mentor and elevate team members across partnerships content, social, video, and written production Set a high bar for creative thinking, execution and accountability Help build the next generation of leaders within the partnerships content function
