Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience managing paid UA campaigns for a mobile B2C application.
  • Strong data analysis experience and can articulate findings with the team, and also with technical and creative stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding and proven competencies in various marketing channels and experience around expansion into supplemental channels to fuel growth.
  • Confident user of Excel, Google Sheets and Dashboard tools.
  • Experienced with Adjust or any similar MMP tool.
  • Experienced with working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Grow Galatea’s target audiences through paid media channels.
  • Plan, execute, analyze, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across performance UA channels.
  • Own the strategy for your channels, demonstrating expertise in managing large budgets and media planning.
  • Focus on new channel expansion such as but not limited to tiktok, pinterest, influencer marketing, CTV, and podcast.
  • Monitor and communicate critical performance indicators through regular, insightful reporting.
  • Establish and maintain robust data infrastructure and dashboards setup with Business Intelligence, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and utilization of the full conversion funnel for ongoing optimizations.
  • Assess and refine tracking and attribution systems to enhance reporting accuracy and reliability.
  • As part of your role, you will be a trusted and professional advisor to all relevant stakeholders (i.e. for Product, Data, Engineering, Content).
  • Keep up with industry trends and new UA opportunities beyond existing channels.
