Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • More than one year of customer service experience in a call center setting is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Enter customer orders accurately and follow established Customer Relations processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with external customers to address inquiries regarding orders, products, returns, shipping status, and account-related matters.
  • Communicate with internal teams, including Credit, Field Operations, and Shipping, to coordinate order-related activities.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of customer interactions and order updates.
  • Comply with Applied Medical safety rules, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Assist with department tasks and cross-functional projects as assigned.
  • Support continuous improvements that enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.
  • Respond to customer phone calls and email inquiries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in French is preferred.
  • Experience with Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) is preferred.
  • Order entry or order management experience in a manufacturing or medical device environment is preferred.
