Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or post-secondary education in education, organizational behaviour, human resources, or a related field
  • 4+ years' experience in corporate training or training design in the retail industry
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Experience with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Instructional Design authoring tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline, 7Taps or others), Productivity and additional media management skills
  • End-to-end course development experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities at once

Responsibilities
  • Designing innovative Arc’teryx authentic curriculum and instructional materials
  • Supporting and collaborating on product training projects end-to-end
  • Creating modules and learning paths in the learning management system
  • Staying up-to-date on industry standards and emerging trends in adult learning theory
  • Tracking and measuring engagement and impact of Product Training channels
  • Facilitating and presenting to audiences of varying levels of the organization
  • Working cross-functionally with subject matter experts and commercial teams to build out product training content
  • Engaging with guests in-store and working alongside retail teams to understand product training needs
  • Collaborating with members of the product team, retail training team, and cross-functional partners to gather insights and identify product training impact and needs
  • Creating and executing implementation strategies
