PayFit is an intuitive cloud-based payroll and employee management solution designed specifically for SMBs. About the role:
You’ll be on the front line, reaching out to potential clients, and playing a critical role in driving the growth of PayFit UK. Day to day, you’ll be prospecting, raising awareness around PayFit and qualifying new opportunities with senior decision makers.
You will be:
- Prospecting and building the sales pipeline for the Account Executive team by engaging with prospects by phone, email, social media and through online events.
We encourage creativity and strategic thinking when it comes to outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls, video-mails, events) to generate leads on well-identified target markets.
- Identifying the key decision makers and determining how PayFit can solve their challenges.
- Understanding and delivering our value proposition for a wide range of industries, personas and pain points.
- Converting outbound leads into qualified prospects for the Account Executive team to meet with.
- Managing data in our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring all communications are logged and kept up to date.
- Sharing ideas and best practices with the team to contribute to PayFit UK growth.

📍This position is based in London.
The SDR team is expected to come into the office 2 times a week.
👉 Salary : 31000£ + 15000£ OTE uncapped
Your Future team:
You will be working alongside our existing team of 7 SDRs and our Global Sales teams.
You will also be constantly collaborating with our team of 3 Account Executives, together, you will share insights, new ideas and work as a team to drive PayFit UK’s success.
Our Future Manager, Ella Vallance, has 3 years experience in SaaS Sales and has led SDR teams across multiple different markets. She will be there to guide you through your onboarding and support your further development in the role!
The role will teach you the foundations of sales and is a springboard to develop your career in SaaS sales.
Hiring process
1. Discovery call with a Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 min)
2. Onsite meeting with our SDR Manager with whom you will touch on more technical topics of your experience and perform a role-play (up to 1h)
3. Interview with our Head of Sales (30 min)
