Job Responsibilities

Install Energy Storage Systems (ESS) components such as pipelines and wiring.
Drill holes, connect pipes, and install communication lines.
Perform spot checks and quality inspections; maintain accurate records.
Conduct regular equipment cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with 5S principles.
Use tightness testing equipment as needed.
Adhere to environmental safety protocols, including waste disposal and hazard recognition.
Understand and follow material safety data sheets (MSDS) and emergency response procedures.

Job Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Experience in related industries may also be considered.
Skills:

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Basic computer skills for using manufacturing software (if applicable).

Other: Forklift certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to meet specific visual acuity requirements (near/far vision, depth perception, color vision).
Able to wear steel-toed work boots.
