Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years in-house HR/payroll systems, including 5 years of supervisor or group lead experience
  • PEOPLESOFT HR/PAYROLL experience
  • Workforce Central time and attendance system experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with HP Service Center
  • Strong analytical skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to coordinate with key contacts and interfaces including Corporate Accounting, Business Unit Human Resources staff, Corporate HR and Benefits Center of Excellence, Corporate Compensation, Corporate Legal, and Business unit managers and employees
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the bi-weekly in-house payroll process for 44,000+ employees and weekly sign-off and upload process for Workforce Central.
  • Review audit queries and distribute to Payroll Analysts to ensure accuracy.
  • Review high-level payroll reports including the Payroll Summary and ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Plan and distribute work to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Set up payroll calendars and schedule jobs in PeopleSoft.
  • Research system issues and run queries as needed.
  • Ensure weekly Workforce Central time and attendance files are generated and loaded accurately.
  • Manage staff to provide adequate support to the Customer Call Center and maintain high level of service delivery.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree or Certified Payroll Professional preferred
