Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Track CDRLs, briefings, letters, 1067s, action items, and file plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings with senior-level personnel.
  • Prepare data management process documentation per program requirements.
  • Manage scheduling and setup for classified VTCs and secure communications.
  • Assist in implementing electronic Data Management systems and SharePoint structures.
  • Work with security teams to ensure proper clearance coordination.
  • Review and route programmatic, contractual, and engineering documentation.
  • Maintain configuration control of all program documentation (versioning, reference numbers).
  • Implement and enforce CM procedures, plans, and workflows.
  • Monitor, document, and coordinate resolution of action items for Configuration Control Boards.
  • Maintain calendars, email distributions, daily announcements, and SharePoint content.
  • Generate CM/DM requirements within tasking documents such as SOOs and SOWs.
  • Greet and direct visitors, manage main office phones, and respond to incoming inquiries.
  • Proficiently use PC-based office tools including MS Office Suite and Adobe products.

  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition environments and SAP program support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Understanding of CM/DM tasking documentation (e.g., SOOs, SOWs)
  • Knowledge of military structure and acquisition systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
