  • Equivalent practical experience or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a software engineer with leadership exposure and mentoring experience
  • Proficiency in back-end development and distributed systems
  • Experience with Python, Spark, Kubernetes, MySQL, and AWS
  • Proficient in backend data processing and batch processing
  • Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills
  • Prior experience with SOA and event-driven systems
