Who You Are & What You Believe
You are a highly motivated and versatile Demand Generation Manager with a strong background in media buying, account-based marketing (ABM), and campaign management. You thrive as a strong generalist, capable of owning end-to-end campaigns while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and assist with a wide range of tasks as needed. You have experience with LinkedIn, Reddit, search engine, and programmatic media buying, along with a solid understanding of HubSpot and a background in the cybersecurity industry.

- Program is more important than tech; you can run more effective ABM campaigns without a six-figure tech stack or third-party intent data.
- Brand creates demand; the most effective strategies are often the hardest to track, but getting creative with data analytics can illuminate the ‘dark funnel’.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop, manage, and optimize ABM campaigns across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Reddit, search, and programmatic media, ensuring targeted engagement and conversion.
- Own the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial concept and execution to tracking performance, optimization, and detailed reporting.
- Collaborate closely with design, product marketing, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and the successful execution of campaigns.
- Work in partnership with sales and sales development teams to create 1:1 and 1:Few ABM campaigns. Develop a repeatable process for breaking in to new target accounts.
- Utilize HubSpot to manage marketing automation workflows, audience segmentation, and campaign reporting.
- Provide support for various marketing operations and ad-hoc projects, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration across departments.
- Advise the demand generation team on strategies to improve conversion rates and actively contribute to A/B testing for web performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously optimize campaigns by refining creative assets, messaging, and targeting strategies to drive consistent improvement.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends and best practices, with a particular focus on cybersecurity and Application Security (AppSec), to maintain cutting-edge campaign strategies.
What You Bring to the Table
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation, media buying, and ABM strategies.
- Proven experience with LinkedIn, Reddit, and search engine marketing.
- Strong generalist marketing background, comfortable owning campaigns but also flexible in supporting other areas as needed.
- Expertise in HubSpot and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytics and reporting skills, with the ability to measure the success of ABM campaigns and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry is required; AppSec experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

Compensation
In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. For candidates who receive an offer for this position, the total compensation range is expected to be between $90,000-$160,000. This may include incentives/variable compensations such as commissions, stock options and/or bonuses, depending on the position. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
