  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in managing supplier/distributor business across a substantial market
  • 3 years of related industry experience required. CPG experience preferred
  • Experience in the tobacco sales field beneficial
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent follow up skills
  • Proven experience and strong abilities in educating and motivating others to manage business
  • Must be effective in working with others, managing time, and prioritizing tasks. Highly self-motivated, results oriented individual who excels in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities
  • We are looking for highly motivated, entrepreneurial minded top achievers to help develop our best-selling brands outside the legacy dispensary channel. This team of pioneers will be responsible for growing our hemp assortment in various emerging channels for cannabis. All team members will be assigned a territory to gather new business opportunities for our world-class lineup of cannabis brands
  • The daily responsibilities for this role will include prospecting/hunting for new business opportunities, building relationships, establishing a sustainable book of business, order taking, intense follow up, billing, providing feedback to other team members, etc. This role will be finding then meeting with 12-15 new leads a day. Your target channels will be smoke shops, convenience, liquor stores, hemp retailers, wholesalers, distributors, etc. In addition, you will be the overlay support for our CBD assortment with our primary domestic distributor
