Requirements
  • A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field is required.
  • BCBA certification or qualification as a licensed healthcare professional is required.
  • Credentialing with TMHP (Texas Medicaid Health Plan), Texas Children’s, UHC, and Wellpoint is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Design, monitor, and refine Applied Behavior Analysis treatment plans.
  • Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments, update client programs, and track progress.
  • Provide parent coaching and support.
  • Maintain quality documentation and reports.
  • Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions.
  • Stay current with research and share best practices with the team.
  • Develop and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis treatment plans and guide families through client progress.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least two years of Applied Behavior Analysis experience in a remote environment.
  • Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans.
  • Previous experience as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor.
