Job Description
The Dr. Charles P. Darby Jr. Department of Pediatrics is seeking a Neonatologist to join the Division of Neonatology at the Medical University of South Carolina. Appointment rank and academic leadership roles will be based on the applicant’s experience and academic credentials. This is a 1.0 FTE position with responsibilities that can include clinical, academic and administrative services. Enthusiastic participation in the educational mission of the Department is an obligation of every faculty member; it spans the spectrum from medical students to residents and fellows as appropriate, and includes active teaching assignments in the resident curriculum as well as attendance of teaching conferences. Likewise, enthusiastic support of the Department’s clinical and academic missions is expected. Providers will be required to participate in the division call schedule.
