Requirements
  • Adobe Creative Suite skills are essential, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Ability to work accurately and provide consistent artwork quality.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Experience in creation of a wide range of artwork collateral, such as print & digital adaptations, re-touching, image manipulation, packaging and POS materials.
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • You must be confident in taking and investigating briefs, raising concerns, and presenting work.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – principally InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of cutter guides is required.
  • E-mailers, banners, and digital experience.
  • POS and print knowledge.
Responsibilities
  • Undertake artwork to the client’s brief and exacting standards.
  • Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and clients while providing excellent customer service.
  • Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales.
  • Complete timesheets.
  • Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Take direction and feedback well, and act on them timeously.
  • Look for ways to technically improve existing creative.
  • Be a Brand guardian.
  • Take responsibility for continued professional development.
  • Work proactively under your own initiative and as part of the design team.
