Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in B2B or enterprise software
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex UI/UX projects
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Experience with data visualization design

Responsibilities
  • Design a user-friendly console interface for data engineers, ML engineers, and supply chain modelers
  • Create intuitive workflows for complex data manipulation and model creation tasks
  • Develop clear information architecture for organizing and accessing various platform tools
  • Design visually appealing and informative data visualizations
  • Create user-friendly interfaces for interacting with charts, maps, and data tables
  • Ensure consistency and coherence across different output formats
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process
  • Stay updated on UX/UI trends, especially in data visualization and AI interfaces
