  • 12+ years of experience in naval aviation or armed aviation platforms, including fighter and attack combat aircraft
  • Experience at the operational level with higher level broadening assignments, such as Joint, CCMD and Service level staff
  • Experience developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER) mission requirements
  • Knowledge of current service capabilities and tactics, and vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO in order to make recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in naval aviation
  • Experience analyzing threat data and controlling receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information
  • Ability to evaluate emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results
  • Master's degree preferred
  • PMP Certification preferred
