Responsibilities
  • Establish good rapport with customers and maintain regular contact with assigned accounts
  • Fulfill checklist of items to be covered with clients
  • Obtain training on products, services, pricing models, and contracts
  • Identify client issues and create follow-up plans
  • Develop add-on sales pipeline and fulfill quota
  • Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals
  • Introduce clients to new company offerings and pricing changes
  • Document customer contacts in CRM program
  • Provide input to Engineering and Marketing based on customer interactions
  • Utilize Salesforce.com and maintain data integrity
  • Conduct after-order follow-up
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies
  • Document and improve process efficiency with Account Management team
  • Follow up on and complete Account Renewals
  • Establish business relationships with potential customers
