Requirements
  • 15+ years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional Excel / financial modeling skills including M&A, capital markets and valuation experience

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
  • Lead and perform financial analyses for a variety of strategic decisions including Annual Operating Plan, M&A, strategic investments, partnerships and capital market transactions
  • Provide recommendations to executive management based on both financial and strategic implications of investment decisions. Identify business drivers and risks and present these to Executive Team
  • Construct detailed ad-hoc analyses (scenario modeling, sensitivity analyses, and contingency planning) to support the internal investment decision-making process
  • Play a significant role in the preparation of board materials and reporting to facilitate effective decision making
  • Build dynamic, detailed and scalable financial and operational models driven by key financial and operational metrics to facilitate scenario analysis
  • Partner with senior leadership to evaluate key business initiatives including new products, strategic partnerships, and more
  • Run the long-term planning process with a focus on operational and financial benchmarking, coordinating with the FP&A team
  • Interpret key operational performance indicators, growth trends, and competitive positioning to inform strategic recommendations for senior management
  • Work cross-functionally to implement critical initiatives and processes across the organization
  • Design, automate, and optimize processes, technology and systems to scale; Spread accountability and financial discipline throughout the organization
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to create detailed business cases to evaluate and support decision making through ROI/ROE analysis
