Requirements
  • Operational experience in parcel operations (CEP), transportation, or warehouse management in an e-commerce environment
  • Experience in B2B customer communication and customer service
  • Data-driven work approach and a strong service orientation
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Proficiency in English and German (C1 or above)
Responsibilities
  • Continuous monitoring of KPIs and ensuring compliance with customer-specific SLAs in your customer portfolio
  • Proactively identifying and organizing the resolution of issues in existing logistical solutions, in collaboration with internal departments and our customers
  • Close coordination with key account management and other internal departments to optimize logistics and transport processes for our customers
  • Communicating with the operational contacts of our customers in German and English to build a long-term and trusting collaboration
  • Preparing and independently discussing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports in Excel and PowerPoint with our customers
