Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Solution Consultants and other pre-sales employees
  • Work alongside the Head of Revenue Operations to build the processes and workflows for the team
  • Create, document and present strategic solutions to support prospect’s needs
  • Support sales directors by pursuing and closing strategic opportunities
  • Develop strategic pursuits for prospects and existing clients
  • Assist with RFx responses
  • Perform in person and virtual product demos, webinars and presentations
  • Leverage consultative skills to uncover prospect’s needs and develop strong understanding of scope as part of proposal development process
  • Understand and translate prospect’s business requirements into cogent Zinnia solutions in terms of business and technology
  • Maintain leadership knowledge of Zinnia solutions, industry trends and technology advancements
  • Document and translate prospect’s needs to the Zinnia Delivery organization
  • Represent Zinnia sales organization
