Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venues, vendors, schedules, and resources
Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and requirements
Assist in budget management and track expenses to ensure cost-efficiency
Prepare detailed event timelines, checklists, and reports
Conduct site visits and manage on-site event operations
Ensure events comply with health, safety, and legal regulations
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during planning or execution phases
Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality experiences
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple events and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel when necessary
