DEPT Project Manager at Pune Replacement of Ruban Jaba Singh J [2000095569] G7 Account SPOC : Abhishek Awasthi [email protected]; Ruban Jaba Singh J [email protected] TSR : Project Manager - Professional Services (G7) Job Description : What You'll Do: ● Collaborate with DEPT stakeholders to understand upcoming projects and operational needs to ensure project deliverables are aligned with the business objectives. ● Develop resource plans based on project requirements, timelines, and strategic objectives. ● Assess the current and future capacity of resources, including human resources, equipment, and GCC facilities. ● Identify potential resource constraints and work with relevant teams to address capacity issues. ● Onboarding & Allocate resources effectively based on project priorities, timelines, and strategic goals. Consider the skills, expertise, and availability of individuals when assigning personnel to projects. ● Ensure that DEPT stakeholders have the resources required to meet project timelines ● Organize key governance Operational meeting and Service Delivery committee Weekly & Monthly schedules ● Monthly overall consultant time sheet submission towards getting DEPT invoice approval. ● Manage GCC/Contingent Consultant productivity, utilization, timesheet approval & performance Evaluation with DEPT project managers. ● Review of Services performance, in compliance with the Service Levels and Service Level report & Continue review MSA & SOW documents "
