Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience (SaaS preferred), 2+ years in Mid-Market Sales, having met and exceeded targets
  • A firm mastery of consultative sales and negotiation
  • You can effectively communicate, present, and influence all levels within an organization
  • A strong track record for managing the full sales process from prospecting leads to closing sales
  • Outstanding listening and writing skills.
  • A keen ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive communication
  • A strong desire to hunt for new business and close deals
Responsibilities
  • Source and close net new logos within a given territory in the Mid-Market segment
  • Research and understand your customers and prospects to gain insight into their business challenges and NexHealth value proposition
  • Influence and drive the sales process while managing through multi-layer stakeholders in Mid-Market organizations
  • Exercise judgment in selecting methodologies, techniques and evaluation criteria throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success
  • Research and understand the prospective client’s business goals, objectives and challenges
  • Ability to communicate value propositions and recommendations effectively to the leadership within a prospective partner
  • Accountable for developing a territory work plan which will result in a pipeline of opportunities
  • Actively participate in the preparation and execution of sales plans, events and campaigns
