Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, or combination of education/training with relevant experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience working as a Project Manager on mid-size projects with several business sponsors, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Experience successfully planning, organizing, leading, directing, and managing projects.
  • Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Outlook).
  • Experience working directly with various levels of stakeholders to gain trust, influence, and establish consistent rapport for project management work.
  • Employ a collaborative and flexible style, with strong service mentality. Must be a team player and leader.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/Ministry relationships. Exhibit high emotional intelligence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong technical documenting skills; particularly with using Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Salesforce, and cloud- based collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
  • As a member of the Live Events & Underwriting team, demonstrates the team’s vision in day-to-day activities and Ministry initiatives.
  • Direct administrative and operational activities for underwriting and promotional initiatives tied to live events, ensuring smooth execution across teams.
  • Anticipate operational needs, identify potential issues early, and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency.
  • Create and maintain project plans and timelines; monitor progress and adjust as needed to meet goals.
  • Manage ticketing for donated seats from start to finish, including coordination with ministry leaders, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure proper distribution and event-day execution.
  • Approve underwriting team travel within established guidelines; plan and book logistics to support event participation.
  • Research potential underwriting partners, prepare summaries, and share recommendations with leadership to help inform Ministry decisions.
  • Share accurate information across underwriting, live events, marketing, finance, and legal teams to keep projects aligned.
  • Coordinate the execution of underwriting agreements, tracking deliverables, monitoring timelines, and confirming fulfillment of contractual obligations.
  • Maintain detailed records of underwriting campaigns, including contracts, invoices, payments, and activation reports.
  • Assist with forecasting, budget tracking, and reconciliation to support financial accuracy and stewardship of Ministry resources.
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and growth of underwriting initiatives.
  • Prepare internal status reports, leadership updates, and post-event summaries to inform strategic decisions.
  • Uphold the Ministry’s mission through excellence in organization, communication, and stewardship of every partnership opportunity.
  • Support event budget process by tracking expenses, preparing summaries for leadership review and assisting with documentation and reconciliation following each event.
  • Demonstrate initiative with proactive follow-up and servicing ongoing relationships; help drive decisions by providing timely response to questions, concerns, and requests for information.
  • Support stakeholders across key project constraints including budget, time, quality, resources, and scope.
  • Think outside of the box to remove roadblocks and support the project team to achieve results.
  • Manage multiple mid-size projects simultaneously.
  • Take full responsibility for own work and tasks, and that of others where applicable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Radio Traffic systems knowledge (Aquira, Wide Orbit or other) preferred.
