- Five or more years of experience in schematic entry and electrical assembly
- Must understand electrical schematics and terms
- Proficient with Microsoft Visio
- Experience with electrical wiring and assembly of machines
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits and mechanical functions of devices
- Generate and update electrical schematics of machines with proficiency in schematic entry; use Electra Electrical schematic tool as an add-on to Microsoft Visio (Electra E7) though not necessarily required to have experience with this tool; schematics are generated from verbal discussion and/or sketches discussed with engineers; schematics must be well organized and follow good design rules and be suitable for prototype and production manufacturing
- Wiring/assembly of prototype machines with experience and proficiency in electrical wiring and assembly, including troubleshooting electrical circuits and mechanical functions of devices
- Participate in device testing and verification scenarios under the supervision of lead engineers
- An associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering or CAD is desirable, but not required with demonstrated design capability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio; experience with Electra E7 schematic is a plus
