Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Management experience, teams of 10+ preferred
  • Adept at interpreting data to identify opportunities and issues
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Strong judgment and communication skills to solve problems end-to-end across stakeholders

Responsibilities
  • Lead, hire, and coach an outstanding team of 10-15 personnel assigned to key revenue operations activities (onboarding, submissions, and supporting operations)
  • Drive conversion and enrollment metrics improvement to achieve high conversion of new business
  • Drive process and conversion operations in broker of record business unit
  • Act as a key stakeholder in improving operations with carriers and partners on revenue operations related activities
  • Identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and work with senior operations leadership and cross-functionally to improve overall operations
  • Develop process improvements and resources (carrier references, etc) to improve team capabilities
  • Oversee and actively work to improve team training, quality, and ways of working
