Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of Private Credit Experience
  • Wall Street Office and ClearPar experience a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Supporting end to end processing of the Middle Market lifecycle
  • Maintain trading and activity within GA Edge, Wall Street Office, and ClearPar
  • Maintain and manage corporate action communications and transaction booking
  • Oversight of end-to-end processing and analysts supporting workflow
  • Manage offshore support team and process oversight
  • Directly support the Credit Desk with a focus on corporate actions and complex trading events
  • Manage a team of 2-3 that support lifecycle processing and reconciliations
  • Coordinate with the CLO team and impacts of the collateral management under that structure
